When Did Skinny Become Beautiful Over Curvy?

I was just thinking.. because once upon a time curvy meant beautiful, it also meant wealth because you could eat better in order to maintain those curves. Now skinny means wealth because you can afford the foods to stay that way…interesting how the times change.
